I am so excited to finally reveal Apollo Lash, as this is something I have been planning since around Christmas. I feel like I haven’t written a launch day post in so long, and this is the first launch of 2020 for IRB. I actually had a launch planned for April, however that was pushed back due to COVID, and now that launch is planned for August (so you have another launch coming very soon). However, that does mean that this is the first time a new lash has been released since NOVEMBER, when the lash books came out. This lash is a long time coming, and I am so excited!
I know most of my business audience are over on Instagram or TikTok now, and I have moved away from posting business content on here, however I have always written a little piece about each lash to introduce them to my customers, and I really want to continue that tradition. I hope you don’t mind!
So without more hesitation, lets welcome Apollo to the IRB family. I would say Apollo Lash belongs in the neutral side of things, however you could easily wear this lash for a glam look. I love that it is super fluttery, but has a little bit of edge with the longer clusters of lashes throughout. Its something entirely different for our style, but if I had to compare to another lash that I sell, I would say the little sister of Vonnie. For reference- the longer clusters that you see throughout Apollo are around the same length as Vonnie.
Apollo Bar was the name of my 18th birthday party venue, which was two years ago now. It was one of the best night’s of my entire life, surrounded by my family and friend’s who mean the most to me. We danced, we laughed (and I cried of drunk happiness about 5 times). Now if you don’t know me, I love a birthday celebration. I love having a party every year, I love celebrating… I don’t know why, I just love it. So back in November when I was thinking of ideas for 2020 launches, I knew I wanted to have a birthday lash in there somewhere.
If you can’t launch a new product on your birthday, when can you?
So Apollo is a lash symbolising my love of birthday celebrations, or any celebration for that matter. My 20th birthday is actually 26th June, but I decided to launch Apollo the day before. There is no special reason behind this- purely that I don’t want to work on my birthday, and launches are more stressful than they look!
I think that is everything that you need to know. As always, the lashes are £6, and any order placed on launch day will receive free giftwrapping. I have super cute star paper which I love, and I think it is a nice touch to say thank you for supporting my small business. I am so proud of this birthday launch, and I hope that my customers and followers feel the same way. My small business solely relies on people purchasing, liking and sharing my work and any support never goes unnoticed (so thank you in advance). Can we make this launch the best yet?
If you want to check out Apollo lash, then please head over to Indigo Rosee Beauty, where they will be live from 12pm on Thursday 25th June.
